Merlot Tide is a traditional southern beach cottage. It has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The middle of the house is the living/dining area and kitchen. There is a screened in porch on the front and a sunny deck on the back. An outside shower and parking are below the house.
Three bedrooms have king size beds that can be converted to two single beds. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds. The bottom bunk is a double, the top is a single (children 5 and up and weighing no more than 80 pounds, please) and there is a trundle.
